Belong Community Village, Wigan

Phase 2 of this development was completed by Seddon Construction in June 2011. The development comprises two blocks of 30 self contained apartments adjacent to the care home which was constructed in 2008. Services to the buildings are supplied from a central energy centre in an independant building on the site.

REDS appointment was for the detailed design of the mechanical services installation, and Part L compliance information, including SAP calculations and EPC’s.
