Plans remain to redevelop Turf Moor stadium and the clubs training facilities at the National Trust’s Gawthorpe Hall.  It is envisaged plans will comprise the construction of two new buildings within the quadrants between the main and end stands to house changing facilities, media and office areas and a retail unit.

The original main stand will be refurbished to bring to premier league standards and the existing David Fishwick stand is to be demolished and replaced with a new stand incorporating a hotel, office and conferencing areas, stadium facilities, residential units and the stadiarena concept where the seating area within the stand has the facility to be enclosed to create an auditorium for concerts and cinema .

A scheme was designed to upgrade the training ground to provided new facilities to meet premier league standards.
