APPOINTMENT

REDS Building Services Consultants have been appointed to provide full M & E design services, with novation to successful Principal Contractors.

DESCRIPTION

Over several phases, Turf Moor stadium and the clubs training facilities at the National Trust’s Gawthorpe Hall are to be redeveloped. It is anticipated that the works will comprise the infill of the quadrants between the main and end stands to house changing facilities, media and office areas and retail facilities. The original Bob Lord stand will be refurbished and the existing David Fishwick stand is envisaged to be replaced with a new stand incorporating a whole range of mixed use facilities. The training ground will be provided with new facilities to meet premier league standards. Design work has commenced with overall completion planned for mid 2010.
