Reds Building Services Consultants have been appointed to provide a performance duties for M and E design with a subsequent design and install validation role.

DESCRIPTION

Dean Clough Mills was once the home to the world’s largest carpet producer. The buildings are now being converted to prime office accommodation and B Mill is one of the largest conversions to date. The building has 4000 square metres spread over 6 stories and will be a bespoke fit-out for a single client. The space generally comprises open plan offices with meeting rooms, large comms room and a ground floor Cafe. low energy heat pumps are being utilised to air condition the space, together with high efficiency, demand based ventilation to reduce the carbon foot print. As this is a recycled building with an environmentally conscious client a high BREEAM rating has been targeted.
