REDS were appointed by Credential Holdings to assess vandalism damage caused to a 184,000 ft² industrial unit and to provide professional advice in agreeing the insurance settlement.

Following a successful insurance claim REDS were then appointed to undertake the detailed design and management of the reinstatement of the mechanical and electrical services to the unit which included a low energy lighting scheme utilising the latest luminaire technology and automatic zone control, qualifying for the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme.
