DESCRIPTION

The main operating philosophy of the 172 apartment residential building is to utilise low and zero carbon technologies to generate heating and hot water. There are no fossil fuel supplies to the building and so there are no localised carbon emissions to the site. The systems will utilise electricity, and some electricity will be generated on the site by wind powered generators.
