Hindley Green Industrial Estate

Early in 2011 REDS were appointed by CBRE Investments to provide professional mechanical, electrical and utility consultancy services across the industrial estate.

The works involve the sub division of a 105,000 ft² unit to potentially provide four individual units.

REDS have also been appointed to assess the existing electrical infrastructure and the HV and LV electrical networks and to provide detailed infrastructure CAD plans of the entire estate.
