Newton Drive Medical Centre, Blackpool

This new building for Blackpool PCT was completed in July 2011 by Seddon Construction. Constructed over three floors the building comprises a mixture of consulting rooms, a dental suite, treatment, sterilization and decontamination rooms, a minor operations room together with all usual utility and administration areas.

REDS appointment was for detailed mechanical and electrical design and management.
