• Condition surveys and PPM schedules for Queen Elizabeth College, Darlington and Xaverian College, Manchester
• Utility and M & E services condition reports and remedial work management for over 500,000 ft2 of existing commercial/industrial space with Littler & Associates
• Cyril Sweet Leeds, various M&E projects for Leeds & Bradford PCT’s including LIFT work
• Refurbishment and extensions to cold water infrastructure throughout Cheshire Police HQ site, Winsford for BAM FM
