This new build development of a 17 unit low secure hospital was completed by Seddon Construction in June 2010.  The building was fit out with high quality anti-ligature fixtures and fittings to meet strict performance criteria within the secure areas.

REDS appointment was for the detailed design of the mechanical services installation and provision of Part L compliance information.
