The 60 bed hotel has been constructed over two new retail unit shell’s that replaced an existing retail terrace that adjoined the town’s Arndale Centre. The scheme, funded by an Irish investment vehicle, was completed in September 2011.

REDS appointment was to provide a performance specification and an ongoing monitoring role for the mechanical and electrical design and utility management for both the Travelodge and retail units.
