MARK ROBINSON BEng (hons) CEng MCIBSE - DIRECTOR

Mark graduated in Energy Engineering from Southbank University in London in 1994 and subsequently gained valuable engineering and management experience over a wide range of sectors, including offices, mixed use developments, retail and residential schemes. Mark was responsible for establishing REDS Building Services Consultants with a drive to deliver a positive, proactive and practical design and consultancy service, whilst embracing design innovations for sustainable, energy efficient buildings. Mark is focused on retaining the high profile clients he has successfully delivered projects for over the last decade, with sustained progressive growth to provide REDS with expanding and interesting opportunities.

SOME NOTABLE SCHEMES MARK HAS BEEN INVOLVED WITH INCLUDE:

  • Numerous residential care developments and medical centres throughout Scotland and the north of England
  • Redevelopment of large industrial sites in Swinton, Wigan and Preston to provide investment funds with increased ability to generate income
  • Daresbury Park Hotel redevelopment, Warrington
  • Mixed use retail led developments in Rhyl, Rochdale, Congleton and Birchwood
  • Procurement and ongoing management of estate wide mechanical plant
    maintenance contracts for GMP

DUNCAN MCKEE - ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Duncan has more than 16 years experience in the building services sector and has worked on multi-discipline projects with some of the north’s leading consultants. Duncan has valuable experience in the overall project management and designs for decommissioning and redevelopment of large industrial sites into industrial and commercial business parks, refurbishment of public buildings and the development of new build properties ranging from offices, commercial developments, retail, education and hotel’s. Duncan adds versatility to the services offered by REDS Building Services Consultants and provides local management support to Mark whilst retaining day to day involvement in projects.
